Dennis Magloyuan Regino, known as April Boy Regino, was a Filipino singer, songwriter, comedian, and actor. He popularized ballads and novelty songs in the 1990s. Regino returned to the Philippines in 1993 and formed the musical group April Boys, which gained popularity. His first solo album, Umiiyak ang Puso, sold 120,000 units and won Best Country-Ballad Recording in the Awit Awards. Regino migrated to the United States and later worked as a contract recording artist with Viva Records.
