Filbert Barinos Girado, Jr., better known as King, is a Filipino singer, musician, model, and actor. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Far Eastern University. King is known for his hit songs "Maybe", "Bat 'di Mo Pagbigyan", and "Will You Wait for Me" from his albums Solo and The Reason I Exist under Star Music. Despite not being interested in singing during his childhood, King discovered New Kids On The Block and wanted to be like Jordan Knight. He joined his sister Nina as the frontman of MYMP, IdolZone 2, and Domain before joining Star Records. He was chosen to be part of the "Solo" album project, which was launched to stardom as a solo performer. King has also sang the Tagalog theme song "Ikaw ang buhay Ko" for the TV series Westside Story.
