At DP Music Player, we respect your privacy and allow users to request account and data deletion. If you would like to delete your account and remove all associated data from our system, please follow the instructions below.
Steps to Request Deletion:
- Send an Email: Contact us at contact.dplyricsph@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
- Include the Following Details:
- Your registered email address
- Your phone number (if used for cash-out)
- The last 4 digits of your phone number
- The approximate date of your last cash-out or recent points balance (if applicable)
- Verification Step: After receiving your request, we will send a confirmation code to your registered email. You must reply with this code to verify your identity.
- Once verified, we will process your request within 7 days and send a final confirmation email once your data is deleted.
Important Notes:
- Once your account is deleted, your reward points and transaction history cannot be restored.
- If you reinstall the app, you will need to create a new account.
- If we cannot verify your identity, we will reject the request for security reasons.
