What is Pantomina

The Pantomina or Sinalampati is a soanoy dance in Kabikolan that imitates the hooves of singing pigeons. This is a poem of illusion and love. A rhythm of the bayle shows the tight landing of the one who loves the one he loves. The Spaniards still call this dance "sinalampati". This song is always performed at weddings and important occasions.

When the pantomine is playing, the guests stick a paper money, or an envelope with a large paper with the amount written on it, in the bath of the guests. It is a custom that the men and the guests should touch the bride and the women should touch the groom

In the old custom, gathering all the people who have been raised, the man kneels in front of the one who has gathered and brings the gathering together, saying "Agom, work together and let go of the lazy man."
